1.What is the main machine WinFong focus?

-WinFong is experienced in packaging solutions, we have thousands of packaging machines and packaging lines is operating in customers’ plants all over the world;

-The main machine we produce includes vertical packing machine equipped with different dosing machine for granule, powder, liquid and irregular solid, like puff food, snack food, fruit and vegetable, etc. According to market needs, we also focus on secondary packing line, such as bag baling packing machine, case packer for bags in recently years.

How to select suitable packaging machine/line for my production line?

-Our design engineers will support customers to select suitable solution according to customers’ requirements,  such as type of objective packing products, type of pouch, speed, capacity and etc. For further confirm, welcome customer to visit our factory or we can send engineer to abroad for a face to facet meeting if necessary.

-After confirmed all details, our team will make a suitable design drawing and quotation for customer

What is the delivery time of WinFong’s products?

-For single packaging machine, lead time will be 4~6 weeks (exclude sea shipment);

-For complete packaging line, lead time will be 8~12 weeks (exclude sea shipment).

What is the wooden case for packaging the delivery machine ?

-We use the export standard wooden cases (non-fumigation plywood cases) for packing the delivery machines.

What is the documents for customer to clean custom?

-We will provide bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other documents customer need.

What is the guarantee period of WinFong?

-12month after machines arrived in customer’s factory.

Can we send engineer to abroad for helping customer installing, testing, learning our machine?

Yes, we can send engineer to abroad for machine installing ,testing and also giving train lesson to customer
